  • Legal Experience:

    • Chief of the Probate Unit for the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, advocating for victims and representing the People of Michigan.

    • Deputy Chief of Specialty Treatment Courts - Prosecutorial liaison for specialty treatment courts, including Mental Health and Sobriety Courts.

    • Worked on cases at the highest level, including Michigan Supreme Court, Michigan Court of Appeals, Macomb County Circuit Court, Macomb County Probate, and District Courts.

    • Judicial Research Attorney, gaining insight into the decision-making process. Drafted hundreds of opinions.

    • Completed an externship for Justice David F. Viviano at the Michigan Supreme Court.

  • Probate Court Experience:

    • As Chief of the Probate Court Unit at the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office, Aaron has passionately represented petitioners in nearly a thousand cases in the Macomb County Probate Court.

    • Handled decisions on mental health treatment and guardianship for the developmentally disabled.

    • Strong commitment to advocating for those in need of support and protection.
